  They showed up an hour late in dirty clothes, I showered and loaded my furniture improperly damaged my west elm lamp shade,, my brass $2500 headboard and a shoe rack, they lied to the claims adjuster

  They were great guys, would definitely recommend. They communicated at every step of the process and they unloaded everything pretty quickly. I also appreciate that they fit me in a day earlier than expected.

  My mother and I both asked that the heavier stuff be loaded first because there was no way we could do it if we still had space in the truck and we were out of time with the helpers. Instead, they loaded everything that wasn't heavy, except for 3 lrg items and it took the 1 hour out of the 3 we paid for just for that--just for them to 1; sit the pantry she had in the truck wrong and breaking it in the process. They put the broken doors in the pantry and covered it up with whatever they could find to cover it up with. 2; needing my 50 year old mom's help lifting the curio cabinet because they couldn't (and when we got to where we needed to be, those helpers had no problem with it). 3; they took 30min messing with the couch and when my aunt came in to ask what was taking so long, one was on the phone with the boss saying it was too heavy. They deliberately said when leaving that all that was left was the heavy stuff. I could go on with how dissatisfied we are with this whole experience.
