• I needed a Pod to be reloaded to maximize the 8x7x8 space for an out of state move because I was unhappy with the movers from another company a week prior and still had to get my headboard, footboard, mattress and box spring and a few other boxes along with my Peleton in the small space. I only hired one mover since the bulk of the boxes were already in the POD. SKL concierge sent me an incredibly smart, articulate, and very present mover by the name of Kaheem who in less than 2 hours managed to reorganize the boxes and get all of the other items + my Peloton! In the small Pod. This young man who is not large in stature but strong, smart and energetic blew me away. His rate was the most competitive on the site and his service exceeded my expectations. Excellent communication before, the day of and during the job. He likes to work and please his clients and his actions back up his words. I highly recommend him!

• I’ve emailed support because I will be getting my attorney involved. The movers have gone completely MIA. They haven’t responded to any emails or calls. I also DO NOT FEEL SAFE that they now have my address. This is unacceptable.
