• They did not contact me the day before to schedule their arrival. Lester called me the morning of the move to schedule. When he arrived, I told him to get started while I made my way back to the property, but he had not. There was a strong marijuana smell coming from the two person crew when they came out. After reviewing the items and layout of the home, he classified the entry steps to my condo as a flight and insisted I pay the invoice before the job was completed. I regret doing that. Lester and his partner packed items carelessly and broke my kids bunk bed. I am now in a new home without a bed for my children. My desk was chipped and scuffed, and they did not move the broken bunk bed, so it is still at my old home. I hired help simply to move my belongings. I was frustrated with the damage and asked to cancel the final hour and not be charged, but he charged me anyway. When I asked for his boss, he did not tell me that he was the owner. Do not hire.

• First they charged me extra for moving my bed freezer fridge they charged extra for moving bed upstairs. Second the appointment was set at 12 they called saying between 1-2 they didnt show up until 430pm. I rented the uhaul at 12 so all that time waiting.
