    I booked movers to help for 4 hours. The company called to say the movers were arriving at 2pm. They arrived at 1 15pm and the movers were friendly and efficient. They followed to unload and we were finished by 3pm. I called the office to discuss changing the rate to less hours and have not heard back after leaving a message. I have no issue with the movers as they were a great help and friendly, however the communication from the office has been non-existent since the original call telling when the movers would arrive. Hopefully the additional 2 hours I paid for will go towards a bonus for the movers.
