• Scheduled a 3-4 hour move than was told it was changed to 2. It was a 3 hour job and took the movers 5 hours to complete. Boss called me while movers were there and told them they were fine and id leave a review so they would get out of my apt after moving since 6am, it was 9pm and havent eatn. A few days later i get a call for a review and i explained what happened and why i didnt leave a review. The movers were slow and took too long. Im a disabled vet and my wife is disabled and i told them that and i started moving stuff on my own before they started to really get stuff going. 2 hours into the move and barely 1.3rd of the truck was empty. The guys who loaded the truck took 3 hours and went up stairs. We had no stairs. The individual i spoke with the day prior stated the manager was going to call me and see about reimbursing me an hour or two. No call ever came and i had to call the owner. He stated he didnt call because he thought the move went well. They stated no refund.

• Maxwell and Javontae were both so helpful and got the job done very fast, definitely exceeded my expectations! We had a few extremely heavy items and the stairs were god awful and the boys both handled it very well, very appreciative of them during this move!
