  The three-person crew called to let me know they would be a bit late, which I very much appreciated and actually was helpful for me to have a bit more time to pack last minute things! They arrived at the agreed upon time and got right to work. They were flexible when I asked for a small change of plans. They also kept a good attitude throughout the unloading despite the fact that it was pouring rain the entire time!!! They were good about keeping in contact ahead of the unload day and were easily accessible via call or text. I recommend them.

  The movers were very nice, on time, and worked efficiently. However, they removed the feet from one piece of my sectional sofa without telling me which piece , which left it reassembled incorrectly for the movers unloading the truck and now I’ll have to hire help to fix it because it’s too heavy for me to lift. I paid for an extra hour and it only took 30 min. I wish there had been an option for a half-hour fee instead. Since we didn’t get everything to fit in the truck, they should’ve offered to move the Remaining items next to the front door since they were paid another 30 minutes left. Felt pressured to give a five star review. Overall, loading the truck was completed, but there are a few areas where the service could be improved. There was an option to tip on the app and was advised not to because U-Haul takes a piece of it.
