After a long 4 day drive from Chicago to Arizona Will and the team showed up early and made moving easy. They got everything out of the truck and up into the apartment in a hour. They are the best I have ever used and we used a lot living in Chicago. They made moving easy and will hire them again!
Really kind team but several issues, communication was lacking around etas and how late they would be, several items were scratched from improperly laying things face down on concrete, and the corners of my walls were dinged coming in (main point of contact offered to repair), and overall just a lack of professionalism. Job was done in a timely manner once they arrived, but overall would not re-book.
The guys did great! I highly recommend them. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Very professional and really nice guys! Would use them again.
