  Lundi's Keep It Moving

  The day before our move we spoke with them and told them we had to be done moving at 5 because of rules at the complex and we needed to return our truck. They said they would arrive at 330. At 415 we had no call from them. Called the office and was told the movers would call me. They call and said other job was under estimated by customer and they could not arrive till 530. I said this was unacceptable. Office calls me back and said they would send another group. They arrived at 545. My daughter and I had to unload most of the truck ourselves. The small amount that was left when they arrived at 530 took them 15 minutes. I had to pay them $150 for 15 minutes work. Called a few days later and spoke to a manager who really could care less as they have to charge 2 hours. Do not use them if you have a time constraints on moving in.

They went above and beyond, handling heavy furniture and ensuring everything was transported safely. Their effort and kindness truly lightened the load for us, and we couldn’t have managed as efficiently without them. We’re deeply grateful for their generosity and hard work. Their support was a tremendous relief during what could have been a very stressful day
