  Peter and Stefan were prompt, courteous, and very professional. They packed the truck very well and showed progress along the way. I would recommend them to anyone moving to the Boston area.

  Everything started with the movers arriving 40 minutes late - not the end of the world, but a bad start to a day when every minute is scheduled and the elevator was booked just for them. During the move, they dropped boxes marked fragile - we later found several broken glasses. The movers themselves worked fairly well, but the management is a complete disaster. The boss messaged and called and in a demanding tone told me to leave a tip. I usually tip without being told, but not when it’s forced. We still gave them a tip. Then the boss called again and said one mover came by Uber and I had to pay for his ride. I ended up giving him 50cad cash for his taxi on top of the tip. What kind of company sends workers by Uber and demands clients pay for it? Overall - late service, broken dishes, and very pushy management. They advertise a low price but pressure customers to pay much more. I do not recommend. Use other companies, there are many here.

  They arrived several hours late. When they had apparently packed the 20' truck, approximately 20-30 boxes, a King size mattress, and several large pieces of furniture were still not packed into the truck - and they called it done. I gave them the payment code, unfortunately before fully inspecting their work. We then noticed how badly packed it was, with huge gaps throughout the truck, and so we personally redid all of their work. We removed and reloaded the whole truck, and we were able to fit all but a couple small side tables and chairs. Ultimately, their late arrival, completely inadequate services, and our need to repack the truck set back our move by over 6 hours, which on moving day was a terribly expensive inconvenience. Additionally, after I gave the mover the payment code, he asked me to look up MB Moving on Google. He then grabbed my phone and attempted to review his own company using my Google Account. I insisted he return my phone to me, and I refused to submit a review.
