  • Extremely disappointed with this moving company. My bedroom dressers were in excellent condition before the move, but after the movers removed the drawers to carry them upstairs, they were returned with broken drawer supports, damaged wood, and drawers that no longer aligned or closed properly. The most frustrating part was the lack of accountability. Instead of taking responsibility, the damage was minimized, and I was left to file an insurance claim. Thankfully, I had before-and-after photos and text messages documenting what happened. I expected much better care and professionalism. I would not use this company again.
