• We were extremely satisfied with the service we received from Diego's crew. They arrived on time and went right to work, then worked efficiently and steadily throughout the process. They clearly were experienced and were careful in the way they handled our belongings, plastic-wrapping furniture to prevent damage (without prompting!), and loading the truck in a way that made maximum use of the space and eliminating the need for extra trips. This move involved carrying heavy furniture down three flights of stairs, which they accomplished safely and without damage to the furniture. They worked with us in organizing the loading and unloading and were very responsive to any suggestions or requests. Beyond their performance, they were very cheerful and pleasant to work with. We recommend them highly!
