  • I can’t say enough good things about this moving team! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with all of my belongings. They showed up right on time, worked quickly without ever cutting corners, and handled everything as if it were their own. What impressed me most was their attitude—super friendly, polite, and always checking in to make sure things were placed exactly where I wanted. Moving can be stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and easy. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied before finishing up.   • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Horrendous communication, arrived 3 hours late, moved slow as possible and didn’t finish the job. I had to reach out the day before moving because I never heard from these guys to confirm a time to meet even though I made the reservation 2 weeks in advance. I was told 11 AM when I first called. Moving day is here and these guys are no where to be seen. Called and finally got someone to call me back. New time was 1 PM, they finally arrived at 2. I spent the time there loading boxes so all they had to do was load the furniture (1 bedroom apartment worth of furniture). 3 hours later they still aren't done. I eventually got kicked out of the storage place 5 hours after they arrived and I still ended up completing the actually loading myself! I would have been better off either doing it all myself or hiring a more expensive crew. You get what you pay for! In this case, I felt defrauded. I paid for 5 hours of help, should have only taken 2 hours.

    We take pride in our 5-star record for punctual and efficient moves. In this case, the customer had far more furniture than a one-bedroom apartment, all of which he insisted be packed tightly into a 26-foot truck that was already filled to capacity. This naturally required extra time and careful stacking to make it all fit. We also reached out a week prior to confirm, and we stand by the honesty and professionalism of our service.
