  Cowboy Movers

• Calvin from Cowboy Movers called me prior to my move to ask what I needed moved. I told him specifically, two full sized gun safes and one smaller safe along with other furniture. He said ok and we'll see you on Friday (my move day). He and his employee struggled with the first large safe and ended up doing significant damage to the corner. I then found they gouged our laminate floors in multiple areas. The worst being right as you walk into the house. I brought this to his attention and got a blank stare. I told him we cannot continue if they cannot garuantee any further damage. His employee he brought with said they couldn't do that. Calvin blamed me for not hiring professional safe movers even though we discussed prior what I needed moving and he expressed no concerns at that time. During the move he never said these are too heavy. Zero offer to pay for damages. Zero offer to make repairs. We're trying to sell this house and this is the last thing we needed.

  When I spoke to the customer, he did not tell me the safes were 1500 pounds. Me and my helper tried to help him get these saves on the truck, which at the time I should have turned the job down because the safes were too heavy. For 2 people the customer helped us push the safe on the truck, which it wasn't enough help at all. After we got the safes on the truck customer giggled and said it took 4 of them to get the safe off the truck, the second safe Was too big for us to handle and I explained to the customer that he needed a professional safe mover, not 2 people. The customer was there with us when the other safe got damaged. He was helping as well the 3 of us had a hard time with the first safe This was not a two man job
