Anthony and his team are incredible. Communication was great — Anthony gave me a heads up one hour before arriving, which was greatly appreciated. He packed up the truck perfectly, being sure to take good care of the furniture and delicate pieces. He was friendly, polite, and efficient. We had a great experience with BTC Moving for our unload. Both movers were professional, friendly, and right on time. One of them even arrived a little early and started unloading some of the smaller items while waiting, which was very appreciated. Throughout the entire process, they continuously checked with us about where we wanted boxes, bags, furniture, and other items placed, making sure everything went exactly where we wanted it. They were careful with our belongings, worked efficiently, and maintained a positive attitude the whole time. They even finished the job a little sooner than the estimated two hours. We would definitely use BTC Moving again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking movers.
First of all they were 45 minutes late. They moved so slow and unorganized, it took them an hour and a half to load 9 pieces of furniture and about 2 dozen boxes and totes, and the when got to the unload destination they only unloaded 5 pieces of furniture and then left cause their 3 hours were up after I talked to their boss and he told me he was going to tell them to finish the job and 5 minutes later they left without saying a word to me and I had to call their boss back and said they had another job to do and he really didn't care that that is how they left me. So I had to find someone to help me unload the rest of my stuff which was about 85 percent of what they loaded. If I could rate them a zero I would have, they were absolutely terrible and slow as well as they damaged some of my furniture.
