  • -I would not use this company again. -The load and unload took too long where it cost me an additional 4 hours to load from a 3rd floor walkup and unload to a 1st floor storage unit 1 town away-(28 mins.). -The truck was packed unorganized and refused any constructive criticism including my suggestions that would have made this job smoother and quicker. -Nice guys but need more experience with properly packing, organizing and moving with more care to avoid items from becoming unwrapped like my wooden tabletop. -I gave a generous tip because I do appreciate supporting young entrepreneurs. I wish them the best success as they grow in this business.

    Thank you for your review. This has been escalated to U-Haul. We regret that your move did not meet your expectations. While third-floor walk-ups require additional time, directing placement significantly slowed the process. Similar moves without customer direction have been more efficient. Despite our requests to proceed unassisted, you preferred to direct, citing available time, which presented challenges. Your expertise, based on a previous association, was noted. We suggested one additional hour for unloading; you requested two, implying dissatisfaction with our pace. We found your behavior to be rude and impatient, including unloading the truck during our approved lunch break (time was paused accordingly). Your 'taking over' demonstrated a lack of respect for our team's expertise. The three-star rating does not accurately reflect our team's efforts in light of these circumstances. We prioritize honest feedback over monetary gain and remain committed to providing excellent service.
