• They were an hour late. They also only worked 7 of the 8 purchased hours. They took just under 2 hours to load the truck, but nearly 5 to unload. They promised they'd get it unloaded quickly so they last of the large items could be picked up, but frequent breaks kept that from happening. I get that it was hot, but there were several items in the 'it has to be moved' list that were left behind because boxes were prioritized when I clearly said that wasnt their nor my priority.

  Did you really just give me a 2 and a half fucking stars on your move?!?! Next time you do the move yourself and be fully ready for the move and not have filth all over your house and stuff for me to move around to just get to shit. 2nd I said it normally quicker to unload but you got us moving in 115 degree weather. Its called we are human as well and the heat killed us on the 2nd half. By rule of uhaul calculator you scheduled the job the amount of hours it was supposed to. So for us to finish an hour early is called skilled movers and should get that as gratitude for our service. I will save this number in my record and name so I know to never serve ungrateful people again.
