  • They were to use the blankets we had to wrap our furniture and they took them to the truck saying they would wrap the items and they missed several pieces. One in particular was a fabric platform bed that didn't get wrapped along with some velvet chairs. We made it clear if they need more we would run up and get more. When things were unloaded is when we found that they neglected to wrap several things that we thought they had. We paid for 3 hours and now we know why they had it loaded in 2 hours. Lesson learned wrap your own things if you want it done. Don't trust the loaders to do this.
