  • DO NOT RECOMMEND. I'd give 0 stars if it would let me. First, after confirming time and date twice in the weeks prior, they showed up late, without any communication so I wasn't even sure if they were coming. This was on the day of my move, so if they didn't show up at all I'd be in a pickle. After I showed them everything that needed loading, I was given reassurance that the load would take 90 minutes or less (I had paid for 3 hours) so that sounded great. At the 90 minute mark, they had taken about FIVE breaks that were around 10 minutes each and had only loaded about a fifth of the stuff. At the 2 hour mark, I was coerced into giving them the payment code early, and falsely promised a reimbursement. My elderly dad and myself stepped in and finished the job ourselves. The worst part was that when we arrived for unload, alot of the stuff they loaded was damaged due to stacking heavier boxes on top and improper loading. They were nice guys, but didn't know what they were doing.
