  • I hate that I even have to give one star. It took 3 hours and 50 minutes for 3 guys to load a one bedroom apartment into a 15 ft truck. They were then supposed to go to the location to unload but then literally disappeared. When I called James to see where they went and ask if they were coming back he literally hung up on me. I tried to call Chad in the office and asked where they were and he didn’t know. He said he was struggling to get a hold of James. I was left with a loaded truck that needed to be loaded that evening. There was also a set a shelves that James was going to take. They apparently came apart because I found a 5 ft leg to them that he left in a stairwell. I’ve used several movers before with great experiences. This however made an already stressful day even worse. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!! I will continue to tell everyone I know and blast this every where about how they just left without letting me know.

    If we are going to tell a story please tell all of the facts Your move last time was loading from a storage this was from a third floor apartment with a long walk to the truck When asked if you need needing help loading or unloading you said YOU HAD A two hour drive a head of you Insinuating YOU You only booked four hours and you were moving two hrs away moving from a third floor moving to another third floor Please let this make sense you then began demanding discounts like it was our fault being rude and disrespectful to the guys because of your booking mistake We did everything to try and help you even finding another provider you then said you were having banking problems so you wanted the guys to travel four hours round trip on the flip of a coin they may not get paid Overall we loaded you truck flawless from third floor We always treat our customers and their belongings with the upmost respect and ask folks read through the thousands of positive reviews
