• Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant moving experience. I was scheduled for 1;30 and movers did not come until 5. This alone put us behind to the point we had to rent another truck the next day to finish the move. The one truck load took 5 hours and I was charged for 6. The movers were high the whole time which is probably why it took so long. I would not recommend and would actually prefer compensation on this inconvenience.

  Hello Ms Law, This is the owner, Dustin, we appreciate your business, however, I communicated with the the whole way , moved your appointment up a day, and then when mother nature decides to snow, unfortunately, I have to think of safety of both parties. I did call and inform you, and you said it was OK. If that weren't the case, you very simply could've chosen someone else. You insisted, now, unfortunately hauling bigger items up an incline hill when the truck wouldn't back up the driveway, things do tend to take longer. Especially if we're trying to be courteous of your belongings. Not to mention 3 floors. I understand moving is costly and its the holidays, however, we did the best job we could with the conditions. Have a happy holidays

  Keep It Movin

• I personally would not recommend these movers. One guy was left to do most of the work majority of the time while the other stood around in the truck trying to make small talk. Communication prior was also not great. Do appreciate the coordination around weather. And appreciated the one doing most of the work - he was professional and was thankful for him otherwise I’m not sure what would have happened. Overall got the job done, but would not use again.

  Ms. Hawkins, We appreciate the time you took to leave a review. We stayed in contact with you all the way up until the day of the move. How we Unload and load, those methods are up to us. When things are packed and sometimes there are more knick knacks, its more effective for one guy to get the boxes and the other guy Unload the dolley and keep it going. Otherwise, it would have taken even longer. It was a pleasure to work with you, Sorry you felt you needed to leave 2 stars. However, we're the professionals, not you. Thanks
