Rock solid guys! Had a few hiccups and last minute changes on my end and they rolled with the punches and got everything done I needed done. Would 100 percent use again and recommend to anyone I know in need of some movers!
The communication was terrible, they were late, and they broke my headbead by loading it wrong. Never again
Part of it was my fault. Due to traffic and a U-Haul issue I was running late and had to reschedule for the next morning. All of that was confirmed and they were very polite. We agreed on 9 AM the next morning. At 10 o’clock, I asked when they were expecting to arrive. They said it would be a while. They arrived around 1115. They were apologetic and polite. But I do feel that they were a little rushed even for my small amount of stuff.
