We hired Mission and his team through U-Haul and they were fantastic. Communication was great from the start — they kept us updated on everything, including when we were approaching our original 3-hour window. We ended up needing about 3.5 hours to load and unload a 3-bedroom house (mostly furniture, not all the boxes), including unloading up two flights of stairs. The team worked quickly, efficiently, and handled everything with care even in 100 degrees weather which is wildly impressive! They were flexible, transparent, and made the whole process smooth. Would absolutely recommend and use them again!
