The helpers caused damages to the inside of our old home; and broke and damaged multiple items by carelessly moving, putting things into, and packing the Uhaul. They did not utilize the cushioning, moving blankets, appliance dolly, or anything we supplied them. We did not realize how badly they had packed the Uhaul until we were unpacking it because we could not see the inside due to how they packed the truck up like a wall toward the back door. We are extremely upset and disappointed in this experience with them. I have attempted to reach out to the company twice with no response, so they aren't trying to fix the issue. I DO NOT recommend this company unless you want a lot of your stuff broken and damaged.
