  • Scam Alert - Joseph asked to take a picture of my phone to get the payment code. He only needs the code verbally and does not need access to all the payment codes (unloading and loading). Also he was fake nice and then loaded the truck in a manner that damaged contents by leaving half an empty truck instead of smartly using both vertical and horizontal spacing. He did not listen to the customer at all per the company's advertising.

    Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear your experience did not meet expectations. To clarify, on the Moving Help platform through U-Haul, customers prepay for their service and the payment code is required at the end of the job so the platform can release payment to the service provider. Our team should only request the code once the job is completed and customers can simply read the code aloud. Access to a phone should never be necessary. We are especially concerned to hear about your experience with the truck loading and any damage to your items. Careful loading and listening to our customers is extremely important to us and we sincerely apologize if that was not your experience.
