Very nice team. They were prompt and on time. They were great at communicating. The only additional suggestion is trying to remember the ratchet straps next time. It took longer to load as a result, but they made up for it in packing everything very tightly and there was no shifting at all by the time we reached our destination. Would definitely recommend and use their services again!
