Short - lazy, inefficient, and whiny people who avoided doing the hard work because they expected the job to be easier. Long - I booked them for two hours to move boxes and furniture from a 1 BR apartment into a container. We asked them whether everything we have would fit into a single container, and they said probably. Apparently, they misunderstood the task and thought it was just THE BEDROOM. It shouldn't be a problem since I hired them per hour, not per room, and paid them upfront, right? Well, not according to them. They started whining and giving an attitude because they somehow felt deceived. Why? Because with the other room's furniture, they realized they needed a second container, so they would have to move stuff from one container into another. Bummer, but these are PROFESSIONALS PAID TO MOVE STUFF, so all fine? Apparently, not. In the end, they refused to move the biggest item in the apartment (a daybed) because they felt like it would be unsafe and left 15 minutes early.
