• I try to say nice things first, the movers were very quick and efficient. But, so quick that they were hurrying to get done and did not wrap or strap in the furniture they were loading into my storage pod. My understanding was that they would bring everything out in the driveway and then see how best to pack things. I say my understanding because they didn't speak any English. We muddled along with a few mutual words and lots of hand gestures (no, not those kind, although I felt like it by the end). I thought I would see what they were going to load and how, so all my wood furniture would be properly protected from rubbing together in transport. Next time I went out there they had decided to load as they went and most everything was in there. I had them take out a few things and wrap them properly but I wasn't about to have them unload the whole thing so I will have to deal with damages when we get to the new house. Very disappointed!

  So sorry for your bad experience but we have not had any issues since we started working we work very hard to make sure our customers are happy

• Amazing guys! Worked fast and efficiently and terrific at packing the uhaul tight. Very courteous and hard working men. Will definitely use them again when I need it!
