They damaged my home, took out chunks of wood out of my banister, took chunks out of my laminate flooring, and made several large dents in my walls. They had zero moving equipment (as in lifting straps) and complained the whole time it was too heavy. I asked them to leave after two hours and did not allow them to move anything more after I saw the damage. Of course I had to pay them the full 5 hours. I have been trying to contact the company and I have gotten zero response. DO NOT use this company. I have about $1000 worth of damage to my home to repair before I can list it to sell.
