  • I was late in picking up U-haul - movers arrived on time and waited for me. Thank goodness. We had a time slot of 3 hours and lost 45 minutes and yet the truck was within the 3 hours and with 15 minutes to spare. The team of 3 was polite, communicative, and knew how to pack that truck. We kept wondering how it was going to fit. Highly recommend. Third time using this service through U-haul.
