Much of my furniture is damaged and broken. A leather couch was placed on the bottom of the truck and dragged. A pristine white glossy table is scratched and the edges damaged from sliding boxes across it. Plastic wrap and movers pads were provided but not used to protect the furniture once on the truck. Books boxes were on top of lighter boxes. Lamp boxes were on the bottom of stacks of boxes. Boxes with top load written on them were not on the top. So so frustrated and disappointed. Do not use these guys!!!!
