• Very nice gentlemen and other than one door frame damage decent job but took entirely too long for the size job. I had to pay for additional time even though one guy spent first 45 min outside on his phone.

  Thank u for selecting us. Paint flake of 3mm is hardly door frame damage which i pointed out. U downsized from a previous home and almost all the pieces barely fit the older home u moved into. It's a common miscalculation homeowners rarely take into account. Phone use before starting the clock was btwn myself and another customer. U were prevy to one other worker during that time who wrapped items of your furnishings at no cost...a benefit u failed to account for. I have been in the moving business for 24 years. Prior to that I was a computer programmer...methodology is what i brought to this job. Every moment of wrapping, disassembly, loading, strapping, travel to 2nd site, unloading, placement and reassembly has been appropriately accounted for as u another member of your party were a witness to.

• Roanoke Movers are awesome! They were easy to schedule and communicate with, always responding in a timely fashion. They were hired to load 2 separate homes into one large U-Haul truck. They treated our possessions with care so they arrived at our destination unharmed. I would definitely recommend this team. They are professional, polite, friendly, and efficient.
