  Justin and Rick were great! They asked questions and took direction easily. They both made our move less stressful. They packed our truck with precision nothing shifted damaged or broken! PS Justin is amazing at Tetris!!!!

  i booked them at 11am on 1031 at 11am and finally got a call saying they would be there at 330pm and no one showed up and tried calling several times on both numbers and no answers or replies i called on my wife's phone bout 430ish and finally got an answer was told 2 guys would be there bout 530ish and they showed up drunk as a skunk loaded 2 pieces and severely damaged both pieces fireplace and a china hutch was complaining the whole half hr bout being there was supposed to reconvene at 7am on 111 and no show tried calling the owner for several hours finally answered on my wife's number at 945am and was told by owner that he had jobs more important than ours finally 2 guys showed up at 1030am owner never offered any type of compensation for all of the crap had to rerent a uhaul truck because of his lack of professionalism and he kept asking for a 5 star reviews owner kept insisting on us giving him our pay code before job was even started or completed

  Doug and Duwan were fantastic movers! They worked efficiently and independently — never waiting on each other to unload the PODS container, unlike our previous loaders who seemed slow and disengaged. They didn’t take unnecessary breaks (their only water break was under 30 seconds!) and stayed focused the entire time. Both were kind, professional, and very careful with our fragile items. All our boxes were clearly labeled, and they made sure to place each one in the correct room, which made the whole process smooth and efficient. Overall, a great experience — highly recommend Doug and Duwan!
