  • When I originally scheduled the move, I never received confirmation from the movers. Later, I found that Uhaul website has problems. I was told by the Uhaul representative that sometimes the moves won't go through even though I was asked to pay at the time of schedulign the service. I was advised to see if the first attempt cleare the bank. I was able to get the movers scheduled again and I called the movers myself and from that point everything was great.

    Your leaving me the mover a bad review based Uhaul system not working the way you wanted it to and you left a review on the mover does not make much sense to me. It hurts my business very disappointed in you as a customer. Especially considering we were on time we went above and beyond for you no damage maybe lets leave that in the review and not your complaint with somebody entirely different.
