• 2 young boys arrived for this hired moving job to move my 2 bedroom apartment. They damaged my furniture by scraping and pulling it across the truck floor without protecting it. They did not load or protect the furniture properly, causing me to have to later move 4 personal truckloads of my items myself after they left because it wouldn’t fit in the 20 foot moving truck with how poorly they loaded my furniture and wasted truck space. They were 45 minutes late after I had already arrived to the new unloading location with no contact. I had to email the owner to find out where they were and when they would be arriving for unload. Did my things get moved? Yes, but unless you want Children showing up to do a man’s job, don’t hire this company. Now the owner will not respond to the damages that occurred and I am filing a claim for the damages through moving help.

• The movers were very nice and got the job mostly done quickly, an hour faster than expected. They were about 30 minutes late and communication with management wasn’t timely but, things got figured out. I do wish a little more time was given to how things were packed due to running out of space (for example putting the drawers back in the dressers after loading them on the truck) and the mattress resting on the tops on my floor lamps. I was able to bend things back straight and nothing was broken.
