Helpers were okay. The back-end organising team was great and very accommodating as we had to delay the move by 30 minutes. There were communication issues as they weren’t well versed in English, hence it was very hard to provide directions despite them trying their best. Additionally, the helpers weren’t too proactive and needed guidance for the smallest of steps. Had booked them because of their stellar ratings but was left a little disappointed.

The movers were amazing!! Very eager to help and do things exactly as needed! They are very hard working and focused, and got the job done perfectly and professionally, even in the crazy hot and humid weather! Would absolutely recommend; they were a great group!
