  • They were extremely slow and I had to pay extra to cover the time it took them plus help them out because they didn’t use the elevator and moving equipment effectively. Alex was constantly waiting around, often not doing anything or waiting to be told what to do like he’s never done a move. The last move I had was done in 4hrs total with drive time from Olympia to Seattle. This was a complete waste of money and I won’t be using these movers again. The only good thing they did was they were careful with glassware and didn’t ruin any items during the move.

    we try to give the best customer service there are people who want you to run things things can't work like that an accident can happen or break something by running this client Mayda D lived on the 5th floor then we had to take the things down to the garage then go up and down then where we had to unload I think it was the 5th floor the elevator had to put a code that only she knew and the space was very small we couldn't rush with the things it was a very new apartment if I break something like a wall the client is not going to want to pay that's why we try to work very carefully this is the first client to complain we do the best this is not about money but about giving the best service if he didn't like my service he should have told me I would have given him his money back the other clients are always satisfied with my service

  • Carlos and the rest of his crew went above and beyond while helping us move. He even brought his own dolly! While moving they were very respectful of our belongings. They were careful in the process and efficient with their time. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with their move. Would definitely book with them again. They helped make our move that much easier.
