  • No one called to confirm until literally a few hrs before. I was worried all day. I called U-Haul they said that the company would call me I just had to wait and hope it was going to happen. When they called I texted the addresses to the man. Unfortunately Only 1 mover was there for 30 mins - an hr. The second mover finally came after we were half done. When leaving they said they didn’t have the address for storage? Why when I provided it? Also no one suggested straps at U-Haul so when we arrived at the storage everything inside had fallen so it took much longer to unload. Many things were damaged as well. Not sure why they packed heavy furniture facing towards the door so everything fell facing the door. I think if some of the items were packed sideways along the sides of the truck, stuff would not have shifted so badly. The gentleman were professional. But with the late call, late mover damaged items and it taking longer than expected I am extremely with my service.

  • (2 reviews for same job because hired separately for Load and Unload) Máxime and Thomas quickly loaded our 2 bedroom, third-floor condo into our two 15-foot Uhaul trucks & unloaded everything into our 4 bedroom, two-story house in 5 hours (not counting drive-time). They were courteous, professional, conscientious, resourceful and extremely efficient in safely handling and placing everything, especially our oversized sofas, heavy wood furniture and large flat-screen TVs. We're so pleased with their work that we have already hired Best Movers for another job in July. Highly recommend!!
