After arriving 2 hours late, the crew started off professionally by introducing themselves. The did communicate throughout the process. 3 out of the 4 crew members were up beat and expressed gratitude that we were packed and ready when they showed up. However, when we asked them to wait for 10 minutes while we got a rope to secure the furniture. At that point they had been working for about 45 minutes. One of the men refused to wait. When one of the crew members said, what about the tip? He said , l don't care. Not wanting to evoke a confrontation, I gave him the pay code. One of the crew members was kind enough to wait and help. We gave him the tip.
