Excellent communication, nasty day for moving. Cold and raining all day. What should have been a simple move turned into the clown car of apartment. I don’t know how my stepdaughter fit all that into one studio apartment. It wound up taking three trips, and three hours extra, but this team was the energizer bunny of movers. Up and down three flights of stairs, in the cold and the rain, for seven of the longest hours in the history of hours, last one being in the dark. Bless them for seeing this nightmare move through, I’d have walked off the job if it’d happened to me. Only one small piece of damage, which wouldn’t have happened if Uhaul had actually had the furniture blankets I ordered. The care they took shows in the lack of damage to everything except one tiny corner of a cheap ikea dresser. 10 out of 10 would hire again.
