  The movers were polite but that is where the good ends. They had no idea how to use a dolly correctly. They literally bounced my washer and dryer down all 17 stairs when loading like it was a bouncy ball. They failed to use the furniture pads I provided and several pieces got dirty and will require cleaning. I even had my furniture shrink wrapped by a retired mover for added protection and they removed it when taking it downstairs and set it directly on the truck floor instead of on furniture pads and got it muddy. They tipped my dryer off the dolly and luckily it was caught but not until after it banged up against the ramp on the truck. Neither of the 2 guys they sent even had 6 months of experience which explains a lot. This is clearly a management issue. It should not have taken 6 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment when most of it was unloaded Into storage. Very frustrating. Even more disappointing.

  Chris and his helper were amazing! His energy and professionalism is incomparable. He provides top notch service and takes pride in his work. He helped us move to Amarillo 2 years ago and recently helped us prepare to move out of Amarillo. I highly recommend his services.
