  • The movers were good but the company doubles the price when you call; it has a 2 hour minimum online and then when they confirm they tell you it’s a four hour minimum.

We would like to respectfully clarify the minimum labor policy, as there appears to be some understandable confusion. Our company does not double pricing after confirmation. Rather, our service structure requires a two-hour minimum for loading and a separate two-hour minimum for unloading when both services are requested. This is clearly outlined during the booking confirmation to ensure transparency and to allow our crews to allocate sufficient time and resources for each phase of the move. This policy is designed to maintain consistency, operational fairness, and the high service standards our clients expect
