I would absolutely not work with this company again. They called me at 2am trying to reschedule the move, the night before! Because of logistics challenges, we only got the truck loaded, but not unloaded. I booked a team on three for the next morning, paid a deposit and 30 minutes before the team was scheduled to arrive on site, I was informed that 2 of 3 were not coming. An hour after the first contact, I was told that the one person was also not arriving. I am left with 15ft Uhaul, filled with a couple hundred boxes to deal with on my own. I would never trust them with anything important or time sensitive.
