Damaged leather sofa and told me to use Uhaul insurance. Requested payment by Zelle instead of me going through uhaul for extra time. Horrible job loading uhaul ans second crew had to redo the uhaul to finish loading what needed to go. Horrible experience. Would not recommend them for any type of move. They owe me for all the rips and tears on my sofa when the got it stuck between brick walls instead of listening to me.
