Do not use them! They didn't call you or reply your text to confirm the reservation. I have to chase them to confirm the booked! I have to contact the Uhaul moving help customer service to contact them. After the customer service email them then they respond to my text. It's ridiculous! I should just cancel the service with them and go with different movers. They just want to unload your stuffs from the truck eventhough I still have 2 hours left from what I paid (3hours). They didn't even want to help me moves some boxes to upstairs with that 2 hours left. It's very unprofessional and bad service! I want my money back!

The guys were great, there were some heavy items that they moved it very well. My advice is to estimate your time correctly and to leave some extra time because I booked them for 2 hours and the job required an extra hour for which I paid more than the first 2 hours booked. I tried to save some money and I ended up paying double than my initial estimate.
