Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Matt was very professional and did a great job start to finish. My only reason for the 4 was that the helper couldn’t keep up and got overheated quickly so he had to keep resting and it slowed the process down quite a bit. I got them Gatorade and waters and that helped some, but knowing the nature of the job and current climate, I feel like he should’ve been better prepared to hydrate and perform the job duties.
Move & Groove were amazing! They had great communication and were easy to work with logistically. I really appreciated that they put extra care into getting my apartment set up and made me feel at ease during my move. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
