• The crew communicated well during the process. They got stuck in traffic and were nearly an hour late. I had to load myself. They did step up quickly to do the unload and move in though. Quick work and careful.

  We are sorry for your inconvenience with workings with us Like you said we kept communication up to par and even sent photos of how Birminghams traffic was Would have rather for you to had talked to me about while on the job and I would have been able to compensate you back some of your pay to prevent this review But again we apologize for your inconvenience once again That is not how thing usually goes but hey cant beat traffic

• These people were outstanding!!! Even after they were accidentally sent to the wrong address, they helped us for the full time we hired them for. They worked quicker and more efficiently than I could have imagined, AND they brought their own equipment. They also brought an extra worker at no extra charge!! All of our stuff was moved safely and securely with zero drops accidents. I would 100 percent hire these skilled people again 10 times over.
