  I cannot recommend this moving company based on my experience. The billing was handled in a way that I found unacceptable. Roberto Rodriguez informed me that I would only be charged an additional hour if the unloading exceeded 2.5 hours. The movers began unloading at approximately 10.50 a.m. and finished before 1 p.m., yet he insisted that I pay an additional $95. When I questioned the charge and asked that it be handled through the U-Haul Moving Help platform, Roberto Rodriguez instead instructed me to send the $95 directly to his personal Zelle account. I also asked to speak with the owner or manager, but he stated that the owner was unreachable. Feeling pressured to resolve the situation, I made the payment, which he confirmed receiving. I have opened a Resolution Center case with U-Haul because I do not believe the additional charge was justified based on the actual time worked. I hope this matter is resolved fairly.

  The Moving Men

  We can’t say enough about how amazing Jeromy and Jeff were. They arrived on time, surveyed the situation and attacked it. Both are professional and very friendly, humble and respectful. They worked extremely hard and quickly, sweating but not in a hurry and never had anything but a smile on their faces. Very impressive. Jeromy is the best, most efficient packer and arranger. The goods in our 6 x 12 trailer arrived at our destination 300 miles later with no issues. We highly recommend The Moving Men - I guarantee you’ll be impressed and pleased just like we were.

  Smart Ants Moving

  Abel and Luis were wonderful! I had a last minute reservation and they were able to help me. They were extremely polite, professional a caring. I’ll be using them again for a larger job in July. I highly recommend them!
