  UHaul moving help (TBS PARTNERS) - loaders did not use pads and cellophane to pack my furniture properly. When I open truck to off load, my brown suede queen headboard fell off the truck and had green stains from a bed quilt used to cover it, not the padding I rented and my furniture bar stools, dining table, coffee table, end tables, night stands were jammed in truck not padded and were scratched during transport to San Diego on 2500 mile drive by the way it was packed and a sofa table was broken in many pieces was hidden under blanket pad. This not the type of service Uhaul provides it customers.

  I appreciate Evergreen State PNW Movers accommodating my move on short notice. My arrival window was 445–530 PM, but the movers arrived around 545 PM. At 536 PM, they called stating U-Haul had provided the wrong address, so I resent the correct address via text. Due to the delay and concern about losing daylight, my friend and I had already loaded the heaviest items ourselves. I paid for two hours of service, but the job was completed in about 40 minutes, and the movers worked efficiently once they arrived. However, I was uncomfortable with several personal comments made during the move. They asked how many rooms I had, how much my rent was, and made remarks about my shoes. After my friend mentioned some were expensive, one mover joked, Where are the Balenciagas? While likely intended as friendly conversation, I found the comments unprofessional. Efficient service, but the late arrival and lack of professionalism impacted my experience.
