  Elementals Moving

  I had a terrible experience with Elementals Moving Company. They showed up late due to a flat tire, which I understood, but the 4-hour move I booked turned into 6.5 hours. They were also late arriving to the unloading location — I even beat them there after stopping to buy them water because they didn’t bring any. Once they arrived, they asked to be paid for another hour, which I agreed to. Then one mover got sick, and I had to leave again to get more water. They pressured me to pay off the app to avoid a $17 U-Haul fee, and I Zelled them $80 for 1.5 more hours. Later, they tried asking for another $100. I even had to help unload and carry items upstairs myself. Several pieces of furniture were damaged they stood on my mattress and table base. The hourly rate online was $47, but I spent much more, not including the water I bought. This was the most unprofessional moving experience I’ve ever had.

  I had an excellent experience working with Harry during my recent move. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. Harry handled all my furniture and belongings with great care, making sure everything was packed and loaded safely. His positive attitude and attention to detail helped reduce the stress of moving, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.
