We had two helpers who were very accommodating to our requests. They re-wrapped and reorganized some items I had already loaded to the moving truck. They had no issue moving bulky items that were on the third floor that were a part of a separate move. Great guys, I would hire again.

I am revising my initial review for this provider - there was an item damaged during the move and after some time, they properly reimbursed me for it. So keeping that in mind, overall job was very good and timely. Recommended for others!

I'd have liked to give better reviews for this company if only they had responded properly to the damage done to one of my items. I hired them for 4 hours of help but the work was completed in only 2 hours. While I didn't expect any refund for this, I did reach out to them multiple times about one of the items that got damaged - due to the way it was misplaced in the moving van. The reimbursement cost wasn't high at all but they didn't send me the payment as promised. If I had received this payment in time, the review would have been much better since I didn't have any other issue with them. Alas!
